The sector’s crème de la crème will descend on 8 Northumberland Avenue on Wednesday 16 November to see the winners crowned in popular categories such as ‘In-House Team of the Year’ and ‘Consultancy of the Year’, plus five new categories.
Two categories – both of which are new this year – will see ‘live voting’ at the event to decide the winner. They are ‘Political Tweeter of the Year’ and ‘Party Conference Innovation – 2011’, the latter of which attracted 22 entries (an unprecedented number for any category).
Twenty-four judges, chaired by Public Affairs News editor Ian Hall and chosen to represent a cross-section of the sector, have spent hours voting on the winners in most categories. Hall said: “Thank you to everyone who entered, our judges and sponsors, and everyone who has booked a place at what promises to be a fantastic evening.”
The Twitter 'hashtag' for the awards is #panawards.
The event will climax with an 'after-party' in the Old Billiard Room of the venue, with a DJ and dancing from 22.30.
