Policy and Public Affairs Manager

Our client, a  national organisation, is currently recruiting for a Policy and Public Affairs Manager.

The role’s key functions will be to formulate the Association’s policy and advocate it to key stakeholders. This will be across a range of issues such as employment law, skills development, and social policy.

On a daily basis the role will proactively respond to consultations, produce a body of evidence to support and advocate policy, and provide a robust public affairs campaign to stakeholders. The right candidate will also be responsible for three members of staff.

This role includes an exciting mix of policy and public affairs activity, presenting a great progression opportunity for the right candidate.

Experience of working in a policy capacity, coupled with public affairs experience and exposure to line management of staff are vital for this role.

Location: South East England
Salary: £37,000
