Account Manager, Major Consultancy

A high profile public affairs consultancy is looking to recruit a politically experienced Account Manager for their Edinburgh office. With an enviable client list, this consultancy is a leading name across policy areas and enjoys an enviable reputation.

Working on a number of accounts, this role will have responsibility for managing client relationships, overseeing the work of account executives and interns, securing clients’ access to leading figures across the Scottish Parliament and Government, and maintaining the excellent standard of service for which the agency is renowned.

The ideal candidate will have experience in public affairs, preferably with another agency. Exposure to local government, the Scottish Parliament, a political party or journalism will also be considered, so long as you can demonstrate political experience, knowledge of public affairs and public relations, the ability to manage projects and be comfortable working across different client briefs and communication disciplines

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Salary: £30-35,000
