Welcome to the 2008 Public Affairs News awards website
Once again we are proud to launch the nominations process and hope as many colleagues will take time to highlight the work of their peers.
Now an annual event on the public affairs calendar, the awards celebrate and showcase excellence in the industry, both in the UK and across Europe.
In 2007 we received more votes and more nominations across more categories – proving the success, importance and reach of these awards.
This year we are pleased to announce an enhanced voting process, an enlarged judging panel and four new categories. In addition to the already popular categories, the industry will be asked to identify the public sector campaign of the year, the private sector campaign of the year, voluntary sector campaign of the year and the personality of the year award.
As in recent years the awards culminate in a gala awards dinner at London’s exclusive Café Royale – where in 2007 over 350 professionals gathered.
I do hope you will take the time to nominate your colleagues, cast a vote and attend this year’s gala ceremony.
