Higginson rebrands as public affairs is the name of the game
Husband and wife team John and Clodagh Higginson set up shop last year.
London communications agency Higginson PR has changed its name to Higginson Strategy as part of a rebrand to reflect a greater public affairs focus.
Higginson PR was set up by former Westminster lobby journalists John and Clodagh Higginson last year. In October last year, the agency opened a North of England bureau in a bid to capitalise on the opportunities created by the Northern Powerhouse.
Announcing the rebrand, Clodagh Higginson said: “For a while now we have been delivering much more than just conventional public relations for clients. Helping clients make their case to the people that matter in a strategic way is at the core of what we do. Our new name reflects this.”
The move comes as the agency has picked up a new public affairs and PR brief with ride-hailing service Karhoo. The transport startup went into administration in 2016 but gained major financial backing soon after from RCI Bank and Services under new management and has been growing since.
